Wow, I've been eating a bit too much lately! the last 3 days especially! I must get back on track and eat around 1500 calories/day. My average for the month so far has been around 1650 calories. It doesn't help when there's a carrot cake at home and I keep eating it when I should be staying away!
Still going for runs at lunch time through the week though which is helping! We're trying to get faster but with the humidity it's a bit challenging! And still doing the 30-day squat challenge. I did 155 squats yesterday and day I'm set to do 160!
