So this is my official apology to the fatsecret community. I have been M.I.A. hardcore as of late. I have also been extremely lacking on my diet. At this point I have just been trying to maintain because I have fell victim to football season which means for me a lot of tailgating with booze and awful food and bar drinking/eating Friday-Sunday. Luckily I have been able to eat well during the week and still go to the gym but I know the first week’s hit me hard and its not going to get any better considering I’m going to every Penn State game this year home and away so that means a lot of horrible eating and drinking but I’m hoping to get a little better with this going forward. Anybody have any helpful suggestions to get through football weekends while still working toward your goals.

P.S. Barbeque in Alabama was f’ing awesome.

Milestones:
3.4 lbs - No longer obese ever again
15.0 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!!
35.3 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range
44.6 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!
