Reached my goal weight suddenly, after a couple of frustrating plateaus. Twenty two pounds in three months, about half of that since joining MyFatSecret. About 1.5 pounds per week. Overall, a good, patient, muscle-sparing pace. A small bright spot for me in the middle of all of this Coronavirus craziness.
New goal? Well, according to standard BMI calculators, I'm still five pounds "overweight." Reset: five more pounds.
