I step on the scale first thing every morning and last thing at night and generally it's 1kg higher at night than it is the next morning so I kinda know when I'm gonna have a good weigh-in the next morning. I write my morning weights on a wall calendar in my bathroom every Mon, Wed and Fri just to see the trends, but I mostly record on FS every Friday morning only. Some might say that's a bit excessive, but I've been doing it that way for years.
