3.25 miles walked this AM; doggies along for the first 2+ miles, but then too hot for my heart murmur gal. There was too much commotion going on in the neighborhood, so she couldn't bring herself to drink the nice cold water I put out for her to drink in the beginning of the walk and again, when we circle back to the house halfway into the walk. So, I felt she was on her way to getting WAY overheated, as she was panting a whole lot and not really keeping up very well - which is VERY uncharacteristic of her (she's my agility dog, after all!).

Knee's feeling fine and, surprise, so are my hips! Not perfect, but pretty darn close. I've started a hip supplement and if this is the result, it might actually be worth the price!!
