Back from the city. Stayed true to IF except for a slip at Remedy. Had their chia latte, something in the past I savored. This time it was super sweet. I only drank half. Had a great retreat with my kindred yoga community and my lovely amazing daughter. Now more morning yoga and a day of documenting all my professional activities for the year.
