It was delicious! I was strong and only ate less than half of the rice. A bit more carbs than I would like, but I have two weeks of free meal kits, and I definitely won’t waste them LOL! I sure wish that they had more keto friendly options, but overall, the meals are very well balanced and nutritious. It’s also a great way to learn portion control 😁
