My second day on Jenny Craig and so far so good...the food is actually pretty filling and I was able to resist my favorite food today without too much trouble. My friend ask why I wasn't having a piece of cake and I was able to say no thanks and she said you can wait another day to start your diet. I realized at that moment that was what I usually would do but this time I was able to say no it has to be today. There is always a special lunch or dinner, always a party and always a holiday coming up but you have to just start today. Wish me luck!!
