OMG I tried to do a workout dvd tonight...it was way out of my league,,,my friend gave me her insanity work out...I tried but..NO WAY!! Just not ready for that yet, but I did my best for 15 min..the hardest 15 min in my life...sweating is an understatement!! Going to get a dvd that is a little more my speed next time. Well off to shower and bed-
