Alrighty... so fell off the wagon, got up and walked away, and haven't looked back.
So here I am again, trying. Joined a challenge to hopefully keep me motivated and focused on what I started out to do just 2 short months ago. I really hate failing at anything, and I feel a little disappointed in myself for not staying with eating better and exercising. I work overnights, and two jobs, so it does get hard, but nothing worth accomplishing is easy.
So wish me luck, here I go again. And I hope this time I can keep with it long enough to reach my goal and change my eating habits forever!
