187.2 today! Now we're moving in the right direction.
Three day weekend behind us, back to a normal routine today. I am about to hit the elliptical, get that done for today...then have a little oatmeal with cinnamon and apples mixed in. Muscles are still a little sore from the weekend hike, but it was fun. Can't wait to do it again. Dinner tonight will be something easy, thinking salsa chicken in the crockpot...makes a good meal, and the leftovers taste really good on a tortilla for lunch.

What's going on Shia? Last week was really weird for me...I could tell something was going on, and the lack of weight loss seemed to be a side effect of whatever it was. Sinuses were really bad, for one thing...earache and toothaches. Was taking a lot of medication trying to curb that, and assuming that might have been causing me to retain water or something. It was more though, I felt exhausted all week. I've lost 1.2 lbs since Saturday though, so hopefully the stall has been worked out and I'm back on track.

I'm just kind of up and down but, I'm not going to worry about it. I log in my food, I exercise hard and I don't cheat so at some point the weight has to come off.

Shia, that's my philosophy as well. If I know I'm doing the right things, then I can't dwell on fluctuations. Just realize that eventually the right things I'm doing will prevail!
Thanks Info and madaboutmoose! Info, I'm moving back towards a once a week official recording of my weight, even though I do weigh every day. Saturday morning has become my 'go to' weigh in day, good or bad. I think that nice little hike on Sunday did help get my metabolism moving in the right direction.
