I got to 120 before and mental health got in the way. I think I’m an emotional eater, sedentary stressful job etc. I just eat crap!
I’m focused now! I’ll follow you as you are rocking it!

thanks you for your support , i am taking it slow, some weeks i go up and down around the same few pounds then i have a bit of a whoosh :)
