FS says I am gaining 8.4# a week! That's impossible. LOL. I know it uses too few data points to make those statements. If I honestly gained 8.4# a week, it should alert me to head to the hospital ASAP. As this rate of gain would signal SOMETHING very WRONG. That wold be a heck of a lot of stress on my 5'4" frame/vascular system and organs. Anyway I am not even entering what the scale said today....that bad. I know I pigged out this weekend. I'll record in a few days though once we see how much weight I retain once some of the junk/waste 'exits' my body. No way it was assimilated at a rate of 8.4# in a weekend......

FS does that whenever you weigh yourself. If I post my weight today and then show a 1 pound gain tomorrow it will tell me I'm am gaining at a rate o 7 pounds a week. Then if the next day I lose 0.2 pounds it will figure a rate of loss if I were to lose 0.2 pounds every day. I just don't pay any attention to it.

Those "weekly average" calculations are the least helpful feature of this site. I suppose if you weigh yourself on the same day, once weekly, they would have some meaning. I ignore them, too.
