So, I didn't exactly start back dieting and tracking my food like I said in my last entry. I went back to working until I was so tired theI just ate what was easy to grab. But, this past weekend, I grabbed me some stuff that I can easily put in oven or microwave and I premade me some salad that I could easily throw in a bowl. So, I've been back on my diet. I've been so tired after work, that I've been eating only once per day at 5-6pm, them going to bed about 7-8pm. I get up in mornings and drink coffee, then head to work. My husband and I are independent contractors, and we work together doing very hard labor sometimes, and I can say without a doubt that exercise alone doesn't help that much if you don't change what you eat. I can change what I eat and lose weight without much exercise. But exercise without changing what I eat offers very little to my weight loss goals. It's good for my ol' heart though! I'm usually off on the weekends, but I got to work some this morning. But, I hope to track my food today as I should have more time.
