Today was ok, beautiful weather and would loved to have been doing something other than hanging out at home. Went to visit my grandchildren for a short time. Stayed on track today, rode my bike. Scott is doing this diet with me now and that makes it easier. He also needs to lose weight.. It seems so much easier for men than women.

Thank you Jesus for getting me thru one more day. I need to watch my veggies and fruit. Not doing so good.
