Strained a muscle in my back yesterday, can't exercise. It sucks because I really want to, which is really unusual for me. haha. I tried doing a few stretching exercises to lower the strain on my back, but they aren't helping.

As far as food goes I'm doing pretty good. Had a spinach salad for lunch. It had 3 olives, 1/2 tbsp of ranch, and a couple shakes of Parmesan. It wasn't satisfying at all. I did have some rootbeer with it though. I get one glass of pop with lunch, and one with dinner. The rest of the day I drink tea or water.

Drinking the peppermint tea really helps me. I add just a tiny bit of cream, and a packet of splenda. It seems more like a treat than a healthy alternative. I'm also drinking Mixed berry flavored green tea every morning, it's not too hateful either.
