Ok, this is interesting to me. I apply the HCG creme about 5 am usually or early morning except when I'm off. When I'm off I will apply it early morning after 7 am. I go to bed by 1130 and usually wake up at 330 am. I go to the bathroom weigh myself and for the last several days I have been on a plateau. Now for two of those days, I drink my tea for the morning and may have a toast. Then late morning I weigh again and see a weight loss.
This monring I weighed early at wakeup abut 400 am do my weigh in and I'm holding again at 223. I finsish drinking my 32 oz of tea and go to the bathroom. I weigh again and then see 221.5 weight loss! What's the deal? I haven't applied the hcg creme for the day. My sister states she will lose a pound or two after a shower. What is that? So, now I'm down from 237 to 221.5 for today.
