I didn't weigh in yesterday, so its a little discouraging that I only lost 0.2lbs, but I also got the lowest % of fat so far and the highest % water. I'm fairly confident that the lack of weight loss is due to muscle and water gain, not fat. I'm SO close to reaching my 30lb milestone though, I was really hoping! Oh well, it will happen soon.
