Hmm, 188.4 today. Dropped a lb since yesterday...must have finally worked out all that sodium from Saturday. I am 4 lbs from my low last winter...and going strong this time. Realizing too that I can maybe enjoy foods I like that are not necessarily on my preferred list, as long as I have them in moderation, only every once in a while. Sugary things, though, based on what they do to my blood sugar, are probably best avoided unless I think I can adhere to a two bite rule. I do not trust myself to adhere by a two bite rule at this point.

Checked my waking blood sugar again recently, to see if there is any change. It was 104. Normal is under 100, so I seem to be inching closer to having that under control...healthy eating, healthy living, taking off the weight. It all converges at some point, I'm getting there.
