I checked your food calendar and fom what I can see, I have a few suggestions. Always eat breakfast. Add some buter to your veggies. Eat at least 2 cups of green leafy veggies a day. Use Olive oil, mayo, butter, and heavy whipping cream. These all add aclories without adding carbs. As for not getting all your carbs, you don't have to have exactly 20 a day. If you are short on them that's okay. You can add some carbs by adding a tablespoon of sunflower kernels to your salad everyday.

Thanks for the suggestions! I keep wanting to bring me something to work for breakfast but I am not a morning person so I keep forgetting. I need to just buy some stuff and leave it work :)
