Breakfast: mixed greens, onion, cucumbers,tomato,sauerkraut, leftover green soup made with potatoes, zucchini, lemon juice, and spices. 2 banana oat cookies. & 1 apple, oat blueberry muffin.

This morning I wanted to make a few quick snack or bfast ideas so I made the banana oat cookies and the apple,oat blueberry muffins. Popped the rest in the freezer so I wouldn't be tempted to overeat these. I also didn't use chocolate chips as these are a trigger food for me! I used 1 T shredded coconut in the cookies to sub for chocolate chips.
