Annmarie bubblegum is right Green Tea is good for you, a little ie not the end of the world just make sure it is little and too often. What did you see at the theatre?

Went to see rapunzel was brilliant my 2 year old sat through it. The 7 year old absolutely loved it i only had a few sweets and biscuits so not majorly over but feel bloated i will get some green tea thank you both

Annmarie when I take my Green Tea in the morning I add some Turmeric to it, supposed to be a wonder spice, glad you enjoyed your trip to the Theatre and the kids enjoyed it too.. I thought you had short hair how is your prince going to come to your rescue?

Hi Annemarie, I use green tea as well. Hate it! I let it go lukewarm then drink it down in one. Don’t knock yourself out re the treats. Enjoy these times with the kids. In the blink off an eye they’ll be teenagers,,,,,,,, then it begins!!! 😂 👍
