Received my Christmas gift from me to me, love this brand (not really affordable but good ingredients and mindset). Besides decent nutrition, good skincare helps having an acceptable face at 40.
My tips: cleanse properly, exfoliate, moisturise, use actives, and don't forget your SPF every single day.
Plus, avoid skincare products that contain mineral oils and alcohol. I am an ingredient nut not only food wise :) Peace FS.
