So it took me the whole afternoon to clean the painting mess. Still happy we could paint together with my kid.

I've been knocked out in the past days, kidney stones. Maybe I should go back to eating breakfast as she recommends? I want to take amino acids for my chronic pain too. I already take multivitamins, krill oil, ashwagandha, probiotics, and B6.

A few of my meals. And a collage a friend sent, she thinks I look like a blonder version of Aja Volkman, an interesting take. Peace FS.

please do, Velvetee. and also your detox ritual. I thank you in advance. I've been going through this pain and addicted to these pills since 2005. They used to consume my thoughts all day. looking at the clock wishing I could take another before it was time. then taking more than recommended which, only cut myself short before I could refill. since then I've cut my daily dose to half on some days. I don't think they really help my chronic pain but, made me feel better by distracting me from my pain with a high. I know longer get that high but, realize my withdrawal symptoms when I don't take the recommended dosage. my symptoms of my chronic pain stem from disc's in my back that are no longer real. I have 3 artificial disc there. my nerves are damaged and they don't know any difference. the opiodes have become an added problem and never were a true fix. they definately affect hormones and energy level. looking forward to reading when you find tome to post. thank you velvetee

Bruce, I prepared a few notes about detox and gut anti-inflammation. This is what I usually do but this time I'll add more supplements. I hope you can get to feel better without pills soon!
