I would have been lower but I allowed my self to enjoy some honey covered nuts and at party last night- I did however make good diner choices and stayed away from all the desserts. The Christmas season is a really challenging time to stay away from sugar for me. Im finding that IF really helps to keep me keep on track.

Christmas is incredibly challenging - favorite festive foods and company. I will count myself doing well if I maintain or go up a pound. Goal is not to gain, of course, but being realistic I may need to accept that challenges may result in a a modest gain. Enjoy the time with your family and friends!
