I have been loosening up a bit in my nutrition plan - just went to low carb instead of keto. It happened after my yearly health check when all my vitals turned out excellent. My gastroenterologist was pleased, so I thought 'what the heck! I miss fruits and berries. I love apples and love kombucha tea. They add carbs, of course, and I got kicked out of the ketosis right away. Also, I needed to start 3 months food supplements course and it adds carbs as well, so it's seemed that I better switch to low carb for a while. I stopped counting calories and went up to 65-67kg. I stay easily in this weight without much discipline, but not sure if it is my personal ideal weight or not. A little bit of extra fat on my face works like fillers, so I skipped my yearly esthetician visit. My waistline is a bit heavy in this weight, so this is a tough choice! LOL

To Nana Ellen: the secret is that I am on this Retin-A/Azelaic Acid regimen due to my rosacea and as a side effect it improves the skin. I started to get red-faced, maybe due to my menopause and had to go to talk to a dermatologist. I have rosacea history in my family, so I googled it and learned that retinoids and azelaic acid are the options. I knew that Retin-A helps to remove wrinkles, but never tried it before. It worked for me.
