Still hopeful that Ill jump on the scales and they will show many pounds lost, instead I get ounces. I think I will get out my measurement tape today as I know my body is changing with IF.

The measuring tape is an excellent idea. I have been doing that every 6 months or so and it is gratifying to see the change. Ounces are better than nothing!!

I followed a Nerd Fitness one. They measured Neck, Chest, left bicep, left thigh, left calf, waist and hips.
