a plateau is a good time to allow your body to adapt to its new normal. it's hard to break through, but it is a good time to reflect on the work you have done up to this point. I have had plateaus last up to two months. during this time the worst thing you can do is think everything has stopped working and you should just quit.. because it's just your bodies way of adapting. Fat Mike gave me great advice that worked and it was to change the amount of calories you are eating. Don't go wild and binge on all the stuff, but focus on increasing your intake for a couple days. I went up from 1300 to 1700 every other day. i also do intermittent fasting... and you can still plateau when fasting. so when breaking my plateau I also spent less days in the week fasting, but when I did fast, I increased the length of time. it kind of kick started the engine again. stay strong X
