I don't feel motivated to workout anymore. I don't know why :/
I'm keeping within the Rdi for the most part, but I know I'm not going to record a loss this week and I might gain:(
Wi is tomorrow and I'm totally scared on stepping on the scale. How am I going to keep this all going??
