Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. I went of the grid for awhile, so I’m trying to get back to recording my food. I spent 4 days in the hospital two weeks ago. I was anemic and had a blood transfusion. This is the 3rd time in 6 months. Very frustrating! Not a fun feeling. They think it’s a medication I was on that was causing me to lose blood. Then, Thanksgiving came and I was pigging out on food. I really went overboard with the food. This weekend, I was back on my feet and cooking leftovers into turkey vegetable soup and turkey vegetable pot pies from scratch. A lot more healthier with vegetables and the turkey. My husband loves these, as well as I do myself. A comfort healthy food.
