Back down to the lowest weight...again. Just in time for the weekend. I do really good during the week and even though I stay within my calorie counts during the weekends, I gain :(. I guess it's the eating out and not drinking enough water that does it. I'm going to try to get more exercise this weekend and we'll see what Monday brings. Have a happy Friday everyone!!!

I seem to have the same problem with the weekends. I'm with you on trying to incorporate some serious exercise this weekend!
