Well that sucked! Another pound up this morning to report for a total of 3 up since last week. I am not happy about this, but was not feeling as slim and noticed my belly back to being more J-ello like, so it's not unexpected I guess either. I am feeling a little as a failure this week with my weight loss efforts. I have lost some motivation to keep going strong and trying to gather it all up again to keep at it. Here's my plan to boost my efforts for the next 3 days: Swimming today, floor exercise at home tonight, and a good workout at the gym tomorrow for exercise. Possible walk on Sat. morning. I resolve right now to write down points for the next 3 days. I have started each day, and then not finished doing this. Must do to make progress! Buddies, please keep me accountable if you can. I really am not happy the scale is going up and frustrated I don't think I will reach my goal again this month to get below 140. It is what it is though and all I can do is move forward from here.
