I have to keep in mind that just because relative are in town for 10 days doesn't mean I get to fall off the bandwagon.
I also need to get way more sleep than I have been getting. 3-4 hours of sleep every night is not working out for me either. I've been too tired to do a real work out on the home gym :( I have to crack down on myself and just do it. I need to keep exercising! otherwise the weight will never come off. I hopping I can swim tonight and walk the Zoo all day Friday :)
