Still out of control.....
Only thing I am doing right is exercising.
It's not enough without some calorie control.
I keep sabotaging my diet by drinking and then having no restraint with regard to eating a bunch.
Feeling guilty, very guilty and I AM guilty...
If I don;t want to feel this way I need to STOP making shitty choices.

I’ve had that fight with myself many times. Put pen to paper. Or type in your journal your intentions. Plan your food diary days ahead. So you have an idea what you will be eating. Just stick to it. There will be times that you feel a little hungry. Drink water and wait for the next meal. And don’t stray from your plan. Especially during the week. On the weekends. Give yourself one day to treat yourself. Make sure to record everything. Everything can be worked into your calorie count. It’s all about planing ahead. Good luck, you can do this❣️
