Yesterday I went to go buy a new pair of jeans, and I fit into a smaller size! I was so happy that I went down a size and they are even a little baggy on me. That motivates me even more to stick with it and try to get to the next size down.

Buy the new belts with the buckle on the very last hole or you will be buying a lot of belts.

That is Awesome! Keep up the good work. That is great motivation. I have a pair of jeans a size below mine in my closet, ready for when I reach my first mini-goal.

Awesome! I did the same thing last week, ... got to buy a smaller size jeans as I was tired of pulling up my old ones!! :)
