Day three! ok so i made it to day three. Having one of those days again. My brother is going to be here in a little bit. have to do this family dinner and what have u so i think it will b hard cause we r going to one of my fav places to eat and they have alot of carbs there, but i will do my best to stay away! I am gonna do some yoga this morning and try and stay centered. I hope everyone is doing well today and is finding themselves in a good place. Sara
