I had to go to a wedding today. I had a mild meltdown bc I felt fat and my daughter talked me off the ledge by reminding me that everyone will be happy to see me and they don't care about my weight. So then I was ok and I got ready and went to the ceremony which was really nice. The reception is soon.

I always remind myself that nobody really cares that much how I look. It's more about how they feel. Keep a smile on your face and you'll get those back at ya.
