4th day of my monthly 5 day 'maint' session of my brain cancer chemo drug, Temodar. It's kickin my azz today s it did day 2. I'm on 400mg/day..high dosage, b/c I am a big guy. Dreamt early this a.m. I was puking in military style urinals. Woke up to feeling really bad but toughed it out during am family get-ready rituals. went back to sleep for 4 hrs. cancelled PT for 2nd time this week and just cancelleed going to my son's school carnival tonight.
So, its sucky, but I'll take this for a week / mo. over taking lower dose for the whole mo. I had gained so much energy and muscle strength during the 6 week post radiation/chemo period that i am very confident i will feel GREAT next week and start exercising and family activities soon. (only one more night of chemo,tonight,yea!!)
