Yesterday for me was a hit rock bottom day. When my father past away in March I started emotionally eating. With his passing I became the sole caregiver for my mom as well as everything else that I do as a Mom and wife. Then my son went off to college and my eating picked up more. We are close my son and I so having him not around was tough. I knew the weight was coming back on from my the way my clothes fit etc. Yesterday I ate so much crap I was actually physically sick. Enough. I got on the scale this morning and realized that not only have I gained all my weight back but added more. So today I am changing my life. I started the day with a walk and I am now going to meal plan myself out again. Last time this app helped me so much so I am back at it again. Most of my 30 and 40's I have been looking after other people with not enough balance in my direction. It is time to change that. So here I go again this time with a different mind set.
