Bilateral hands, wrists, feet and knees only affected. Picked up prednisone taper🙄🙁 I am not taking it until I have an awful flare like last week. I’m trying to lose lbs not gain. Looks like I’m going to be put on Methotrexate 😕😕🙇🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Diana yes it is very painful. Ibuprofen helps. Heat and ice. I just ordered compression gloves. You can talk to your primary if you get a bad flare and they can send in some prednisone to break it, or put a call in to your rheumatologist. Always keep up your appointments because it’s hard to get back in. Journal your flares and take photos for your rheumatologist. A flare is going to hit ya no matter what you’re eating. Getting the weight off helps with hips and knee, ankle aspects of it.

compression gloves, especially in winter, are a good choice. In the winter, I use them primarily at night. I smear my hands and fingers with cbd, then put on the gloves. Relief.

Thanks Debbie😊 I pretty much eat Mediterranean mostly. I don’t eat much processed food and I usually pick gluten free options. But that might help others😊😊

You poor thing. I understand how you feel. I have fibromyalgia myself. I hate taking meds for it. I started using a CBD cream, and CBD tablets. It seems to calm down the inflammation. I use to take a ton of meds, and stopped using a few of them. Hope you feel better soon.

❤️💜💚 thanks melissitwa 🥰 that’s what I’m thinking 😊😊 today was weird I kinda did a backwards IF. I had breakfast , very light lunch and nothing but herbal teas and waters and an energy drink since. So this is kinda great😊😊☀️☀️☀️☀️ Im only hungry for a few short hours of the day. My belly gets full and that’s it🤗🤗 I loved your NSV this morning ❤️❤️ i was trying to rush getting ready for work . That’s amazing!! Talk about getting healthy and getting back on the horse😘💕
