Hi gang!
I am trying to keep even keeled about that darn scale. I lost 3 pounds early last week and none since. It's no big deal I am trying to just let that BED med work and take it a day at a time.

I cooked quiche last night and ate some. I peeled most of the crust off. I was just cooking stuff to bring down to my Dad and I honestly was still hungry after dinner. I am trying to pay attention to my body signals.

Then I was up a pound this morning so I start to feel guilty about quiche b/c I ate it at like 10 pm.

I gotta remember it's a lifelong plan not a diet. I just need to take it a day at a time.

Make a crustless quiche— works great. Keep at staying focused. You can do this.
