Restless legs won’t let me sleep. I would be restless too, after carrying my butt around for 55 years. 😂
Up with a fresh brewed cup and probably a nice sunday breakfast that will involve bacon. Contemplating a pot of sauerkraut for dinner, but I’ll have to head to the grocery 🤔

Restless legs- have you had a sleep study? Get into a sleep routine... low lights in the bedroom, no screen devices in the bedroom, no tv, books ok. Warm shower with sleep scents! White noise. Cuddle yo lover! Lots of pillows... Sleep well! 😇

I can empathize with you! Every pregnancy I have had 5 of them I get the most severe RLS, I think it's a mineral deficiency but I don't know what mineral. I found that wrapping my legs in a scarf or anything really that is long, wrapping them up tight and propping them helps a lot. Another sufferer told me this trick and it did help some nights. take care. xx

Nyshelley- so far the requip helps for the most part, some days i have to sneak an extra. My dr is great in working with me on that. Ive had drs tell me that its all in my head and to keep busy. Changed them out right away. Hope you do well with the rls. Go Pens! 😁

60pack- sounds like some great ideas. I do have a bad habit of leaving the tv on and picking up my phone throughout the night. Im going to try your advice!

Eatlittle- Im going to try that! I have compression sleeves but they only cover the calfs, and only run for 20 minutes at a time. The tightness is relieving though. Im going to try the scarf! Thank you so much!

Gz- i think im going to pick up a supplement and try it with some magnesium rich foods.

There are also magnesium lotions that you can put on your legs (to absorb through your skin, your body's largest organ!) that are supposed to help with RLS. I keep meaning to try that myself.
