So happy to be getting ever so close to Onederland!! I actually completed my first week of the Christmas Challenge successfully. Adding some extra time to my walk "seems" to have nudged my weight loss ever so slightly faster....and fast enough to drop the challenged 1.5 pounds this week. But it's been HARD!!! That extra walking is exhausting and some days I feel I've not had much extra energy left for anything else. Oh well, I suppose it will get easier as I have less weight to move around - at least that's my hope. Hope everyone else in the Challenge had a good week, as well. On to next week's mini-challenge! Not eating after 7PM will truly be a challenge for me, as I like to have my dessert - whatever that might be - sometime between 9 & 10.
