I've been plagued with a kidney stone, and had to take it easy, no real exercise, for the past week... just started moving again yesterday.

72,0 kg Tappat hittills: 9,2 kg. Kvarvarande: 1,7 kg. Kosten följs: Ganska bra.

Tappar 0,3 kg per vecka

Good luck. Kidney problems can slow you down. Take care of yourself and ease back into exercise when your body tells you it is ready. :)
