Too threatening/stormy to walk the dogs today. Kinda nice to take a day off but then the guilt set in. Went on the Stairmaster for the first time in probably 6 years, so I only did a little bit at a low intensity. Forgot to wear my heart rate monitor which I always used to do, so you can see I'm out of practice. I hope to add this into my semi-daily routine to try and push my weight loss a bit - esp. for the Christmas Challenge!
