not exactly sure how everything is going to work out for me over the next few weeks as I just had a surgery on my foot and can only hope that it doesn't distract me from my goals and falling away from keto, but even if it does, I'm a thick-headed stubborn brat who will try again and not give up until I succeed

Hey SS, because you've already realized that your foot injury may impact your continued weight loss trend you have already a great start on continued success. You for sure can continue losing at the same rate but you also will for sure need to reduce your calorie input and be extra vigilant until your mobility and corresponding calorie burn gets back to normal. Take care and wishing you a smooth transition into continued success!!

You've been doing so well I feel certain you can adjust and maintain momentum. Try to move as you can for mental health. I had a full right leg cast from Easter to Thanksgiving once; it messes with your mind some if you don't get about.
