Increased my cardio.. my 2nd workout this week. 1 more to go. I have always done 1 mi or so in the eliptical and another on the tread, and about 10-15 min on the rower. Yesterday, I did 1.25 on the elip @ 5.0 then on the tread, I usually run 1/2 a lap twice in between 6.0 incline laps. I managed 3/4 of a lap twice yesterday and did a total of 1.5 miles. The improvement in stamina is very encouraging. All of this without taking asthma med before the workout. I use it a lot less now.
All of this on 1181 cals and 18 carbs. Really good diet day!
