It’s been my darkest secret and recently I lost control. I also realized I would eventually succumb to this mental illness unless I change. My emotional eating habits and all the bingeing and purging has really hurt me mentally and I fear was starting to hurt me physically. I am grateful though cause it woke me up and made me ready to roll up my sleeves do the work and change. Some days it’s easy some days it’s really hard and I will have little break downs but I come on here and it motivates me to keep going❤️ Thank you all ❤️🌺🌼🙏
