I don't post stuff too often but I had to today. I just want to say thanks to all of those people on here that support me and make this journey easier. I have always had some difficulties sticking to diets but seeing and knowing I have so much support from you guys and gals is making the journey fun and giving me the willpower to succeed. Likewise, I applaud all of you who are on this journey with me. I know I don't say it, but I wish you all well and success it whichever path you choose. Keep up the good work you are putting into changing your life. it's worth it it the end.
