Absolutely Homemade! Roughly...2 cups Raw almond pulp, 1 cup raw cashews, 4 large carrots, 1 large onion, 4 sprigs fresh parsley, 8 sprigs fresh cilantro, 1 juiced lemon, 1 1/2t salt, 1T smoked paprika, 1T curry powder, 2t cumin, Pepper to taste, 1/4cup nutritional yeast
-In food processor, Roughly chop nuts. Leave some bigger chunks.Set aside.
-Chop carrots, onions, lemon juice & fresh herbs with seasonings until purée is formed.
-Fold nuts into veggie purée. Will feel like raw meat.
-Shape into patties. I made 18.
-Dehydrate At 110 degrees F until crispy on outside & mostly dry inside. (Took me overnight. Halfway thru, I removed the Teflex sheet, flipped the burgers & out then flat on the racks.)
